- By placing an order with PrepMyPickle, you agree to the terms and conditions stated herein.
- PrepMyPickle reserves the right to modify these terms at any time without prior notice.
- All services are available in Telangana & Andhrapradesh, unless stated otherwise.
- By using our services, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old or have parental consent to place the order.
2. Service Description
- PrepMyPickle offers custom pickle preparation services, where customers either:
- Send their own ingredients.
- Order ingredients from external vendors (e.g., Blinkit, BigBasket) and share the order details with us.
- Select bundled ingredient packs from PrepMyPickle.
- We only charge a preparation fee and do not add a margin on ingredient costs.
3. Ingredients Policy
- Customers can choose to:
- Send their own ingredients or order from external vendors.
- Opt for PrepMyPickle’s bundled ingredients, which are carefully sourced and verified for quality.
- For external vendor orders, customers are responsible for:
- Placing the order directly with the vendor.
- Sharing the order details (screenshot/invoice) with PrepMyPickle over WhatsApp.
- PrepMyPickle is not responsible for any issues with external vendor ingredients (e.g., incorrect items, delays, or quality concerns).
4. Payment Terms
- Customers must pay the preparation fee in full before PrepMyPickle begins processing the order.
- We accept payments through:
- UPI, bank transfer, and credit/debit cards.
- Customers paying via credit or debit cards are responsible for any additional charges or transaction fees imposed by the payment gateway or financial institution.
- Payments are considered successful only upon receiving confirmation from the payment gateway.
- Orders will not be processed until full payment is confirmed.
5. Order Processing & Shipping
- Orders are processed only after:
- External vendor orders are confirmed by the customer.
- PrepMyPickle receives the preparation fee payment.
- Processing time:
- Standard orders: 1-3 business days.
- Larger or complex orders may take longer, based on quantity and complexity.
- Delivery options:
- Customers can opt for home delivery (with additional delivery charges) or self-pickup from our cloud kitchen.
- Delivery timelines depend on the delivery partner’s policies. PrepMyPickle is not responsible for third-party delays.
6. Cancellation & Refund Policy
- Cancellations are NOT allowed once the preparation process has started.
- If the customer cancels the order before the preparation starts, they are eligible for a full refund.
- For external vendor orders, PrepMyPickle is not responsible for cancellations, refunds, or disputes with the vendor.
- PrepMyPickle does not offer refunds for:
- Partially prepared or completed orders.
- Issues related to external vendor products.
- Refunds, if applicable, will be processed within 7-10 business days.
7. Quality Assurance & Customer Responsibility
- PrepMyPickle guarantees that all pickles are prepared using exactly the ingredients specified by the customer.
- For bundled packs, we use only:
- Top 5 oil brands in the market.
- Chilli powder prepared in-house using carefully sourced chillies.
- Fresh ginger garlic paste made from quality ingredients.
- We prioritize trust and transparency. To ensure authenticity:
- Customers can verify the oil and spices used by referring to the detailed guide on our website.
- We provide clear labeling and documentation with the pickle package.
8. Hygiene & Food Safety
- All pickles are prepared in a clean, food-grade environment using hygienic practices.
- Our team follows strict sanitation protocols and uses separate utensils and equipment for each order to prevent cross-contamination.
- We discard any leftover oil after frying and do not reuse it across different orders.
- Pickles are packed in food-grade pouches with a zip-lock for safe storage and freshness.
9. Customer Responsibilities
- Customers are responsible for:
- Placing accurate orders with external vendors.
- Sharing correct order details with PrepMyPickle.
- Verifying the order upon delivery.
- PrepMyPickle is not liable for:
- Issues with external vendor orders.
- Incorrect or incomplete delivery addresses provided by the customer.
10. Shipping & Delivery
- Delivery is available only within Hyderabad.
- Delivery charges will be added separately and vary based on distance.
- PrepMyPickle is not responsible for third-party delivery delays.
- Customers can opt for self-pickup if they prefer.
11. Dispute Resolution
- In case of any dispute, customers are encouraged to contact PrepMyPickle support to seek a resolution.
- If the dispute is unresolved, it will be governed by the laws of Telangana, India.
- All disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of Hyderabad courts.
12. Privacy Policy
- PrepMyPickle respects your privacy and protects your personal information.
- We only collect essential information (name, contact, and address) to process your order.
- We do not share or sell customer information to third parties.
- Payment details are processed securely through the payment gateway.
