How does PrepMyPickle work?
At PrepMyPickle, you provide the ingredients—either by selecting from our bundles, customizing your mix, or ordering from a quick commerce platform. We prepare your pickle fresh, and you only pay a small preparation fee based on quantity. Once ready, you can choose delivery or self-pickup.
Do you provide ingredients, or should I send my own?
You can do both! We offer pre-set ingredient bundles, or you can customize your mix. Alternatively, you can order ingredients from platforms like Blinkit or BigBasket and have them delivered to our kitchen.
What is included in the preparation fee?
Our preparation fee covers everything needed to make your pickle perfectly:
✔ Cleaning: Meat is washed thoroughly with fresh water.
✔ Cutting: Ingredients are chopped into your chosen size.
✔ Frying: Meat/vegetables are deep-fried as per traditional methods.
✔ Cooking Costs: Gas/electricity used during preparation.
✔ Utensils & Equipment: All necessary cookware and tools.
You only pay for ingredients and a small preparation fee—no hidden charges!
What is the minimum and maximum order you accept?
We accept a minimum of 1kg for meat-based pickles to maintain quality and preparation standards. The maximum limit is 5kg to prevent misuse of our service for resale purposes. Our goal is to serve individuals and families who love fresh, homemade pickles!
What is the preparation time?
If we receive your order before 8 AM, it will be ready to ship or collect by the next day before 8 PM. We will keep you updated on the status in case of any changes.
Can I customize spice levels or oil quantity?
Absolutely! You can specify your spice, salt, and oil preferences while placing your order.

How do you ensure your bundled package items are quality verified?
We use the same high-quality ingredients that we trust in our own homes. Every item is carefully selected, cleaned, and prepared to maintain freshness and authenticity.
What is the guarantee that bundled ingredients are used as promised?
We source high-quality, fresh ingredients and ensure that your pickle is prepared exactly as per your order. No substitutions, no compromises—just the ingredients we promise!
Why do you allow us to order the ingredients separately when you already offer bundled options?
We believe in transparency and choice—our goal is not to profit from ingredients but to provide a hassle-free pickle-making service. While our bundled options offer convenience, we also allow customers to source their own ingredients if they prefer specific brands or quality. You only pay for preparation, not inflated ingredient costs!
How do you calculate prices for the individual items in the bundle?
Meat: Based on typical Hyderabad market rates
Spices: Based on the average market price
Oil: Priced as per local supermarkets
👉 Note: Prices may slightly vary based on your city or area. While we can’t ensure 100% accuracy in pricing for all locations, we use an average price based on the city we operate from to maintain fairness.
How can we trust that you don’t pinch the ingredients?
At PrepMyPickle, transparency and trust are our core values. If you send your own ingredients, we only use what you provide—nothing more, nothing less. We do not swap, replace, or hold back any portion. If you choose our ingredient bundles, rest assured that we use exactly what we list.
Do you guarantee that the ingredients I send will be used?
Yes! We strictly do not substitute or pinch your ingredients. If you send your own, we prepare your pickle using exactly what you provide.
3️⃣ Food Freshness & Safety
How fresh is the pickle?
All pickles are made fresh within 24 hours of receiving your ingredients or within a few hours if the order is from our bundle. We use no preservatives—just authentic homemade taste!
How long does the pickle stay fresh?
Our pickles have a shelf life of up to 1.5 months when stored in a cool, dry place. For longer freshness, refrigerate and use a dry spoon while serving. Since we don’t use preservatives, proper storage is key to maintaining the taste and quality
Is your meat (chicken, mutton, fish, prawns) frozen?
Absolutely not! We only use freshly cut and cleaned meat for every order. We work with trusted local shops to ensure it’s delivered fresh, never frozen.
How do you ensure hygiene during the preparation process?
Our cloud kitchens maintain strict hygiene standards. We clean all ingredients with fresh water, use food-grade utensils, and prepare each order separately to maintain purity and freshness.
Where does the preparation take place, and who prepares the pickles?
The pickles are prepared in our dedicated cloud kitchens by experienced home-style cooks who specialize in traditional pickle-making. We follow strict hygiene standards and ensure that each batch is freshly made upon order.
Do you reuse leftover oil from small quantities in preparation?
Absolutely not! Once the meat pieces are fried, the same oil is used to mix with chili powder and spices to form the pickle gravy. This ensures the flavors are well-infused, and there is no chance of leftover oil unless the customer chooses a less oil option. Even in such cases, any excess oil is discarded, never reused between batches.
4️⃣ Packaging & Delivery
What packaging do you provide?
By default, we pack in food-grade pouches, but if you prefer, we offer bottle packaging for a small additional fee.
Do you deliver outside Hyderabad?
Yes! We deliver all over India and also accept international shipping orders.
How do I track my order?
Once your order is prepared and shipped, we will send you a tracking link via WhatsApp and email.
Will the shipping cost be added at checkout?
Yes, shipping charges will be calculated at checkout based on weight and distance.
5️⃣ Payments & Cancellations
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept UPI, credit/debit cards, and bank transfers. Cash on delivery is available in select areas.
Can I return or cancel my order?
Since our pickles are made fresh to order, we do not accept returns. Cancellations are possible only before preparation begins.

6️⃣ Customization & Pricing Adjustments
Do you prepare only non-veg pickles, or do you offer veg pickles too?
We prepare both veg and non-veg pickles. Whether it’s traditional mango, lemon, or tomatoes pickle or non-veg varieties like chicken, mutton, or fish, we ensure the same quality and authenticity in every batch.
Can I swap certain ingredients in the bundle?
Yes, you can choose between different oils (Sunflower/Groundnut) or adjust spice levels. Also choose between Bone-in or Boneless meat.
Why are your preparation charges different for different meats?
The preparation fee varies based on the effort and resources required for cleaning, cutting, and cooking different types of meat.
For example, fish and prawns require extra care for descaling, deveining, and thorough cleaning. Mutton takes longer to cook, requiring more gas and slow cooking for the perfect texture. On the other hand, chicken is quicker and easier to cook, so its preparation cost is lower.
But don’t worry! The difference isn’t huge, and you can always see the exact prep fee when selecting your bundle. 😊
